War is Closer than Civilization

Walking in the streets of Ottawa-Canada, I saw the following sign for Canadian War Museum and Canadian Museum of Civilization. It is not the intended purpose of the sign, but sadly, it reflects the World's realities -- War is Closer than Civilization.
