I haved worked for
SAP America since August of 1998.
SAP America is the American subsidiary of the German software company SAP AG, one
of the world's largest software companies. I am currently a Senior Technical
Consultant based out of the Philadelphia office. I work with Fortune 500 companies to
implement SAP Business Software solutions. I have worked with such clients as ConAgra Foods,
Hershey Foods, OfficeMax, Avnet, and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios implementing Enterprise Resource
Planning, Business Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, and
Trade Promotion Management solutions. Some of my responsibilities include Sizing, Architecture,
Landscape, Rollout/Deployment, Training, and Troubleshooting for these solutions. Six months of my
employment was spent living and working in Heidelberg, Germany developing a standardized
implementation tool for installing and configuring the technical components for various SAP products.
Before SAP, I worked at
Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio as a Systems Analyst
in the Global Client/Server SAP Operations Department. While at Procter & Gamble, I was responsible
for the technical infrastructure of over 75 SAP R/3 Systems. I was also assigned to live in Singapore
for three months establishing and training the Asia Pacific Data Center.
In college, I was a
Management and Technology major at the
University of Pennsylvania. I received a Bachelor of Science in
Engineering in Computer Science and
Engineering from the Moore
School of Engineering and Applied Science and a Bachelor of
Science in Economics in Strategic Management from the
Wharton School of Business.
