Fall 2002

Arts House The year started out with an arts house retreat. That was fun, but I didn't end up being very involved with the hall this year.
Laura's 21 Laura has a late birthday, so she celebrated turning 21 in the fall.

view from the hotel Over fall break, Brad and I went to his friend Jon Kaplan's wedding in Florida. The weather was beautiful and we got to go swimming in the 80 degree ocean. This is the view from our balcony at the hotel. Back at home it was pouring down rain and in the 40s that weekend!
Jon and Tracy This is a really bad picture of the couple (Jon and Tracy) that was getting married.

Game Day This was the best football season in my time at Penn. We only had one loss (Villanova--we always lose to them), and we completely dominated the Ivy League. ESPN gameday came to cover the Harvard/Penn game because it was so close the year before and the two teams were undefeated in the league both years. This time we beat them 44-9.

champagne At the last away game of every year, the seniors get champagne and pour it over each other. This was everyone at Cornell.

Al and me This year Al had a "principals and schoolgirls" party and everyone had to dress accordingly. In this picture Al is punishing the bad schoolgirl.
Zakir Husain Shweta and I went to another awesome tabla performance this fall. This is Zakir Husain.
Christy In December 2002 over reading days, I visited Christy and looked at Northwestern and Chicago. This is a picture of her at the Hancock tower, pretending to wash the windows.
