Summer and Fall 2004

Really this is quite an arbitrary distinction from the spring/summer 2004 pictures, but I figured that doesn't really matter.
Right before the europe trip, I got a digital camera and started taking pictures again, almost as frequently as I did as an undergraduate. So here I have pictures of some random events. These pictures include our move from 604 Washington Sq to 304 Arch St, followed by labor day weekend, Scott's art, and some wedding planning. Really all I did this fall was apply to graduate school. Hopefully this spring's pictures will be fantastic when I get to go on visits to all of these great places (assuming they will interview me).

new balcony to this "balcony" across the street from the Real World Philadelphia house. (No, it's not in the picture).

Kate Over labor day weekend I visited Kate in New Jersey so we could go to the shore. This is a picture of her in the diner after we went out.

Water Taxi While we were out, we went to bars on the shore. Our transportation was this overpriced thing called the "water taxi". This is a lame picture I took while I was on it.

jersey shore We went to the beach the next day. It was the most beautiful day!

Labor day I also went to a labor day picnic at the Moores. Jeff and Joanna were also there.

Scott's art Scott didn't have a place to put his art and we had these great high ceilings, so he came over early in the fall and put up the art! I took pictures of Brad and him while they did it.

Homecoming This is, sadly, the only picture I took at the entire homecoming event. No, no pictures of my long lost friends who all showed up for the day. Just this one picture of the toast. But I included it here anyway because you see the new PENN colors (different shades of red and blue) on the new astroturf.

applying to graduate school This is where I sat every weeknight and all weekend for several months while I worked on my grad school applications.

Shweta and me I'm not giving away what we're wearing at the wedding, but here are Shweta and me trying on some bridesmaid dresses that we rejected. They all come in one size, so Shweta is holding the backs of both of our dresses because the sample size was way too big for both of us.

lawn club While I was at home over Thanksgiving, we went to the Lawn Club (where the wedding will be held) and took care of some things. I took a few pictures. This is a picture of the hall, set up for someone else's wedding.

lawn club This is the picture of the balcony just outside of the main hall. I hope we have nice weather so that people can go out here.

train view I took this picture on the way back from New Haven over Thanksgiving, just because I thought the sunset was pretty.
