- Center for Cognitive Neuroscience, Summer 2003-present: work for Ingrid Olson full-time as a Research Technician. Duties include designing stimuli and programming experiments (using MATLAB), recruiting and running subjects, analyzing data, and contributing to scholarly works.
- Institute for Research in Cognitive Science, Fall 2002 - Spring 2003: Senior thesis on the psychology of language (advised by Lila Gleitman and Felicia Hurewitz).
- Institute for Research in Cognitive Science, Spring - Summer 2002: worked for Chris Massey, testing a computer program for children learning multiplication tables.
- Department of Psychology, Spring 2002: Independent Study advised by Saul Sternberg on time perception and dual tasks.
- Institute for Research in Cognitive Science, Summer 2001: worked for Martha Palmer as an annotator.
- Graduate School of Education, Summer 2001: worked for Janine Remillard assisting with educational research on children learning math. Duties included watching and analyzing video taped interviews.

- Cognition and Development Laboratory, Summer 2000: worked in Frank Keil's lab. I helped design stiumuli, recruit subjects, analyze data, and brainstorm experiments. I also redid the lab's webpage.
- Dianne Jonas, August 2000: worked as a research assistant in linguistics, conducting library searches and retyping documents.
- Astrophysics Department, Summer 1999: Assisted Charles Bailyn on cutting edge research about black holes and supernovae by performing data entry and verification, and running programs.
Imperial War Museum, London, England
- Education office, Summer 1997: made phone calls to schools and wrote replies to children's inquiries for information on school projects, assisted in presentations to school groups.
- Holocaust Project Office, Summer 1997: typed, organized the library, organized and made files of artifacts, and read books and documents to find quotations to be used in the new Holocaust exhibit.

- Teaching Intern, Summer 2002: teacher, coach, residential advisor, and trip supervisor for middle school girls in the CONNECT program.

- Soundworks Tap Factory, 1999-2003: Director (2001-2002), teacher of beginner and intermediate classes (2000-2002), and choreographer (1999-2003).
- Cognitive Science Undergraduate Advisory Board, 2001-2003: co-founded the board, helped to develop new Cognitive Science major requirements.
- Student Committee on Undergraduate Education (SCUE), 2000-2003: Treasurer (2002). Responsible for $20,000 budget and the interviewing and selection of 70 applicants a semester.
