A special meeting was held in order to draft a mission statement and a constitution so that we can apply to be recognized as an official group by the university. We spent about an hour deciding on what information we wanted to relay through these documents, after having spent some time discussing the subject via e-mail. After the meeting, the initial versions were sent to the group via e-mail, and a few changes were made. The results may be seen here. We are proud of what we have put into these documents, as they believe they best reflect our group's beliefs.
