Before people read this story you all should know that I am not part of nor do I have anything to do with the people who created the original series. All characters belong to Universal Studios, with the exception of the ones listed below (which are actually quite a few of them). This story is not to be posted anywhere else without my permission and you must give me credit. If you do copy it without my consent or don't give me credit I will track you down and beat you to death with my mouse. They may be copied just as long as that person just wants to read it (in fact I suggest you do since it's going to be really long). I also must warn you that this story contains some violent content and language not appropriate for all readers. If you are one of those people whose parents wouldn't approve of a story like this I would turn back now.

The story also contains thing that some fans wouldn't like and some speculations about some of the characters. Be advised that this is my first work and those things are merely experimentation on my part. Hopefully this won't be a big thing and if it is I apologize. Any questions, comments or suggestions would be appreciated (I won't respond to flames though). I might not change anything but I still would like to know and if I do it won't appear right away (I'm a busy person you know) Note: I am not responsible for any old age, urges to kill or mental disorder caused by reading the story. Now to show you good faith I'll let you get to the story.

New Characters Colonel David Sames - He is an big edition to the exosquad and will hold the squad together throughout the war. He is kind, understanding and patient most of the time but can be tough when he needs to be. He also like J. T. cares more about his squad than he does his rank. He respects authority (sometimes) but when he feels the time is right and it is needed he will disobey orders no matter what punishment awaits him to accomplish a goal or save his squad and the others. His want and personal need to fly drew him to the Exofleet Academy at the age of 19. He is 26 with brown hair, brown eyes, and had medium height. Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth Juliana- She is commander of Steel squad a still young but hardened bunch of veteran pilots. Elizabeth is 25 has black hair, brown eyes and is of medium height. She is from San Jose in the Bay Area and grew up in a rich family that pampered her all of her life. Surprisingly many would think her to be a spoiled uppity little brat which she was until she joined the Exofleet where she first learned that it isn't all about her. She is now a compassionate, kind, and patient and is a good listener. Like David she has respect for authority but there are limits in which she will follow orders.

Colonel Maya Wralings - She is Daved Sames's old commander from his younger days. She is black, 49, has black hair with strands of aging gray, greyish green eyes and has a tall stature. She has survived pirate and neosapien excursions but nothing prepared her for this. It's the reason for her less than hopeful attitude yet she is perfectly able in all respects and will rise to the threat of the T'quan to save her people. Unlike most other characters she is very open and honest expressing her feelings without fear. Yet only her former and current squad really know about her past. Still this makes her more stable and tenacious than others and it's kept her going for three decades. She joined the exofleet out of her lack of direction after she got out of high school and unfortunately still has none excpet for the military. She expects to keep going until she's too old or get's shot down. Major Katherine Martina - She is one of Elizabeth's best friends and the most trusted members of Steel squadron. She has dark brown hair, deep brown eyes and is a little on the tall side. Though she is friends with just about everyone in her squad she tends to keep to herself a lot. Both this and the constant sad look in her eyes betray what she is really like. People tend to think she is depressed and mysterious a little like a mix of Ramsy and Jack. Really when she is social she tends to be happy and when people get to know her people find she's always been this way. She was given the nickname " The Nightingale " becuase she carries a pleasant tune and can play the piano and in combat victory for her is as sweet as the nightingales song (she really likes to win).

Trooper Sarah Hall - A new edition to the exosquad her skill in an e-frame or fighter is a match for anyone in the exosquad. She has straight light brown hair with a green streak or colored hair going down the middle, gray eyes, and is fairly short. Sarah is only about 18 and is a rookie but she doesn't fly or look like it. Her disposition is (like David's) very kind, understanding and patient to say the least. She grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. She was an only child and her father was hardly home so she hardly had a role model and she didn't want to be like her mom. She was enrolled at Exofleet Academy due tosome personal problems. Before she could go the second Neosapien war began and her family was captured. Sarah on the other hand escaped to join the resistance and when the war was over, she finally joined the Exofleet. Trooper Kevin Gorad - The newest edition to the Steel squad group of veteran yet ill-fated pilots. Like his uncle Jonathan Gorad he's very uppity, commanding and a gneral royal pain in the ass. Fortunately the war is destined to change all of that. He is a bit on the small side for his age about 19, has sandy colored hair, and blue eyes. He enrolled at the exofleet academy because it was a family tradition to be in the military for a few years. Because of the events of the Second Neosapien War though he's stuck there for now.

Trooper Jenny Elena- Jenny is only 18 has jet black hair, blue eyes, and is petite in stature Most of her history file has been blanked for some unexplained reason shrouding her past in mystery. As far as the rest of Able squad (her new squad) has seen her attitude ranges from sardonic and in a bad mood or just saracastic and in a fairly good mood so it is obivious she takes nothing too seriously. Lieutenant James McDouglas - Wise and understanding at times, harsh and stubborn at others James McDouglas seems to be a mix between a hotshot rookie and an experience veteran. Unlike his other comrades in the squad James is the elder of the squad. He is in his 50's and first fought for the Terran rebellion in Ireland, Britain, and Scotland narrowly escaping capture during the occupation. He has coppery colored hair, blue eyes and is a bit tall. He was born and raised in Scotland in the country-side so despite his age he is still very able-bodied and agile. He is great friends with everyone in his squad and has always been the one to keep his cool in battle and has never run from a fight.

Lieutenant Janice Karabac - Janice Karabac is one of David's old friends from Pheonix squad. Despite the fact that she is now 28 she is still as energentic and happy as she used to be when she was younger. She is also very kind and understanding like all the other characters, when she wants to be. Janice also has great respect for commanders who respect and care for their pilots. She had black hair, and brown eyes, and a bit tall.

Lieutenant Pietro Macknazin - Pietro is another old acquaintance from Pheonix squad. He has very dark brown hair that looks black, brown eyes, slightly tall stature and is 26. He was always a rough and tumble man, who is very serious has a hot temper and is quick to anger. Pietro claimed that he went around with David and his other friends to keep them out of trouble, when the ironic part is he got them in more trouble than they caused. Even though Pietro claimed to be a very serious person he never missed a chance to have some good honest fun. Despite his name he is from= Sydney, Australia.

2nd lieutenant Jack Akieny - Jack is said to be the negative one of the bunch (Pheonix squadron) while he always claims he is merely a realist. Is there a difference (don't answer that)? Jack is fairly short, with brown hair, brown eyes, and can always be indentfied by his languid fultile air around him when you look at him. He basically joined the exofleet just for the heck of it even though ever since he's felt the job or someone else would kill him.

2nd lieutenant Ramsy Alkana - He is 21 with blonde hair, green eyes and about a medium stature. Ramsy Alkana is the mysterious and scary person around. At a glance he seems to never say anything, hardly do anything and has no friends. His history file is a general run of the mill history file, no mental problems, crime record or anything yet the airt around him drips with dark mystery and silent rage It is rumored he is crazy and out to get everyone he thinks is responsible for the death of his family. Really he's sort of out to get everyone in the Exofleet. He used to be just like his file in the way that he was a run of the mill pilot before the Second Neosapien War. After they repeatedly failed to retake Earth especially when it was within their grasp he slowly went crazy. Now he blames the entire Exofleet (especially Able Squad) for the death of his family and seeks to in someway make them pay. Lieutenant Natasha Whitney - Natasha is one of Colleen O'Reilly's longest standing and first friend she ever made in the exofleet and has a very close almost sister like friendship with O'Reilly. She is 30 has auburn hair, blue eyes and is slightly small like her friend O'Reilly. She tends to be a little more on the excitable side making her not a favorable for a direct assualt but she is very brave an excellent fighter. Lieutenant Joana Clare - Another one of O'reilly's long time friends except not for as long and she isn't quite as close. She is 25 has black hair and brown eyes and a medium stature. Joana is not as excitable as Natasha but she is not as good a fighter either. She is a bit uppity and tends to stay away from O'reilly's male friends for one reason or another but she spends plenty of time with O'Reilly and Whitney.

Ensign Lori Kenith - Lori is only 18 years old, with golden brown hair, and deep brown eyes, she is also tall for her age. Lori is the newbie of Charlie squad knowing nothing about what it was to be like a jumptroop in the real world. During the Second Neosapien War the newly graduated cadet was captured and forced to put Neosapien weapons together and never saw any real combat during that war. Even though she doesn't like the idea of sliding from the one war straight into another but she sees it as a chance to prove herself to her fellow squad members that she is no weakling. Admiral Jonathan Gorad - Also introduced after the first few confrontations of the aliens. During the story he is a great hindrance and help to the exosquad. He is commander of the Exofleet and immediate commander of the home defense fleet Vice Admiral Sandra Namier - Officer in command at Venus during the the T'quan war. She is also commander of the advance combat fleet during times when Admiral Gorad isn't there. Captain Gregory Sarson - Captain of the Liberty, a new type exo-carrier built almost right after the second neosapien war. He is a strict but friendly and understanding captain who sometimes helps hold together the glue holding the exosquad together other time just the captain.

Captain Harry Baris - Harry Baris is an egotistical, self centered, SOB (for any younger people how might be reading this). He cares nothing about his men only wanting to save his butt and stay alive in this war. Unfortunately he is merely a cargo ship captain and is also a coward. Despite this he is one of the people who helped turn the tide of the next war from badly losing to sort of winning.

Captain Rodney Dominguez - He is almost the opposite of captain Baris almost not caring about what happens to him just as long as everyone else gets away safe. Dominguez turning the turning point of the war helped keep both captain Bareis and the fleet together. He was the only ship commander that made it out alive during that mission

The T'quan - They are an ancient races of part - bug, part - bear humanoid creatures . The reason for attack is very simple, they believe in the " Grand Expansion " and the people of Earth lie in the middle of their path of conquest. Despite their belief their military is of manageable size for the Exofleet. They were once the inhabitants of Mars but they were pushed off by a holocaust of biotech weapons and into a huge war which is probably the reason for their war-like behavior. Prince Khaln' Achat - An alien ace (as well as noble) for the new enemy called the T'quan. Surprisingly his skill exceeds that of J. T.'s as J. T. will soon find out. He is rash, cold-hearted and is typically a loner (though he will tolerate his brother). The Prince sees Juxama his younger brother as dim-witted and unable to lead a toy by a string. He does have one weakness and that is his zealous overconfidence as many of his people have predicted will be the cause of his downfall. Prince Juxama - Another like Prince Khaln' Achat his older brother. He is not nearly as good as his brother but his skill still exceeds that of J.T. and the rest of the squad. As his older brother he is zealously overconfident, rash, and cold-hearted for all intensive purposes. Prince Juxama sees Khaln Achat as self righteous and believes him insane and that he will be the ruin of the entire T'quan empire.

Emperor G'shinus - The old decrepit and crazed grandfather. He no longer flys a fighter but will once in a while lead a fleet into battle. He is crueler than his two grandsons combined though more realistic in his thinking. He sees both of them as incompetent kaquem (children) and that either one taking the throne will cause ruin.

Baron D' Varr - Another ace, commander and a baron. He is a little like the princes except more cautious and less cruel and cold hearted. In the beginning he is favored by the emperor but various accident cause him to be the character whose actions prove to be the strangest of all.

S'lri - An one scence ace who also plays an important role in the fate of the exosquad.
