VRMS' main product is MarketEXPERT, a software package that is used by high volume retailers to process and report on information stored within a customer purchase database. My own duties include writing C++ procedures that interact with a relational database to populate data tables. I also design, create, and maintain sales and customer analysis report templates (both web based and web independent) which process, organize, and calculate input using those data tables and user parameters to output charts and graphs with the desired information. Among other tasks are writing documentation for the user and providing support to customer service.
