FREE EMPLOYMENT REFERRAL SOURCE

PYN will provide pre-screened youth, between the ages
of 16-21 years of age who are trained, motivated and
ready to work.
OFFERS VARIOUS EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS
- Paid work-based learning experiences (one to two days
per week for eligible juniors and seniors selected by
employer)
- Summer jobs and internships
- Entry-level jobs for out-of-school youth

QUALITY SERVICES, CONTROL AND SUPPORT
- PRE-SCREENED APPLICANTS:
PYN staff will screen, prepare and refer each applicant
to your current job openings as you list them, ensuring
quick and appropriate job matching.
- EDUCATION AND TRAINING:
Our trained PYN staff offers job readiness and
counseling services to our youth. In addition, we
connect youth to a variety of comprehensive and
innovative diploma-granting programs - both public
and private - and support job ready youth with
continuing education and skill training opportunities.
- FOLLOW-UP SERVICES:
PYN's services continue after placement. PYN will
regularly follow-up with employers to ensure their
needs are met. PYN will offer job-specific training
and support for the employees (youth) we place.
